Perfomance Appraisal

It tooks 4 hours for the AIESEC performance appraisal. It was like a super formal meeting as we sit like debating in 12, including all junior executive and managers in the Incoming Exchange department. we were given few pieces of papers and tore it into small pieces of 12 and asked to write down everyone's performance in the team of the year, either strengths, weaknesses or both. have to be open-minded to receive both the positive and negative one. Listen what others comment about you in the team. So before that, when they are tearing their papers, yea look around and observed, quietly observed. Observed the size of their papers, so that i know whose comment after reading out one by one by manager. haha! and yea comments reading out without knowing the names of writers. Randomly choosing, and mine, i get most the compliment one. It's really great and warm when you heard someone praising your performance. I don't know, may be they are exaggerate. The biggest size paper was from my ICX team's manager. haha! The comment was totally different from what she wrote for others. and yea she wrote claps at the bottom of the paper so the manager who's reading the comment claps for me, felt pleased but not show it haha! Also accept the negative one, but most of us got the same problem too, so well just accept, be open-minded. A question asking from manager, our interest to do jobs in AIESEC whether is increasing or decreasing. no one dare to voice up so the manager asking one by one, yea just telling the truth it's decreasing but i should tell it's fluctuating haha. never mind, just review what we did for the past few months. Very fast, semester one will be ended in few days more, meaning holiday is coming =) Did well in semester one? next semester will be better! for sure!
